About The Position

This role at Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus oversees all aspects of projects and serves as the primary point of contact. The Project Manager IV NE leads and manages multiple medium- to large-scale initiatives, utilizing advanced project management tools to ensure successful delivery. The position achieves project objectives by effectively planning, coordinating, and evaluating all project activities. Caregivers in this position work PRN (as needed) with varying shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field and five years of related experience
• OR Master’s Degree and five years project management experience in assigned area which may include experience in implementing and supporting a major IT system in a clinical or system analyst capacity, experience involving complex financial system applications, etc.
• OR Master’s Degree and four years experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining a project plan from inception through completion
• Effective relationship building skills

Responsibilities

• Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing changes.
• Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; assists in preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Set and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
