Requirements

  • Être inscrit(e) à temps plein dans un programme de premier cycle, de maîtrise ou de doctorat accrédité d'une université ou d'un établissement d'enseignement supérieur de quatre ans au moment du stage.
  • Être disponible 40 heures par semaine pendant les huit mois du stage.
  • Expérience préalable en gestion de projet (projets scolaires, stages en entreprise, bénévolat, etc.).
  • Autonomie, sens de l'organisation et orientation résultats.
  • Solide compréhension des technologies de l'information et des enjeux commerciaux.
  • Capacité d'adaptation, de gestion des priorités changeantes et de maintien de la qualité sous pression.
  • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles ; capacité avérée à travailler efficacement au sein d'équipes pluridisciplinaires.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais.
  • Pursuing a degree (undergraduate, Master’s, or PhD) in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline).
  • 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
  • Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, Master’s, or PhD on a full-time basis at a 4-year college or university at the time of the internship
  • Be available to work 40 hours per week during the 8 month term
  • Prior experience with project management assignments (could include class projects, co‑ops, volunteer work).
  • Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and results‑oriented mindset.
  • Solid understanding of IT technologies and awareness of business considerations.
  • Ability to adapt to change, manage shifting priorities, and maintain quality under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; proven ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

  • Mener des initiatives stratégiques au sein de l’organisation Cloud et Applications du secteur de services SAN.
  • Coordonner les équipes, les processus et les ressources afin d’assurer la livraison des projets dans les délais impartis et selon des objectifs clairs.
  • Gérer plusieurs tâches et communications : suivre l’avancement des projets, gérer les dépendances et tenir les parties prenantes informées.
  • Collaborer avec les différentes équipes afin de favoriser des partenariats interdépartementaux solides et de résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive.
  • Piloter toutes les phases d’exécution des projets : planification, définition de la portée, gestion budgétaire, évaluation des risques et clôture avec retour d’expérience.
  • Undertake strategic initiatives within the SAN Service Area’s Cloud & Application organization.
  • Coordinate people, processes, and resources to ensure timely delivery of projects with clear objectives.
  • Lead multiple tasks and communications: you’ll track progress, manage dependencies, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to foster strong inter‑departmental partnerships and solve problems proactively.
  • Drive all phases of project execution: planning, defining scope, budget management, assessing risks, and closing out with lessons learned.
