As an Individual Contributor, this role leads business projects and initiatives that support departmental and enterprise objectives. The role is responsible for independently managing project execution, partnering with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes, and applying project management expertise to deliver results while balancing scope, schedule, resources, risks, and organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, communications, finance, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, business process improvement, business analysis, operational management, or related disciplines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced knowledge and skill proficiency in agility, communication, customer experience, and technology literacy.
• Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in business acumen, critical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, meeting facilitation and presentation, project management, and results driven.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, solve complex problems, and deliver successful project outcomes within a dynamic business environment.

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads small to moderately complex projects from initiation through implementation while managing project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables. Ensures project outcomes align with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and organizational priorities.
• Partners with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, success measures, and implementation plans. Provides recommendations and facilitates decision-making to support successful project execution and achievement of business goals.
• Monitors project health, analyzes performance metrics, evaluates project risks and dependencies, and implements corrective actions when necessary. Communicates project status, challenges, and proposed solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitates project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment, accountability, and timely resolution of issues. Influences project participants and stakeholders to support project success and organizational objectives.
• Contributes to the advancement of project management methodologies, standards, and practices through process improvement, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing initiatives. Supports efforts to improve organizational project delivery effectiveness and consistency.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
• Ensures (or assists with ensuring) compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to Fair Banking, Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act.
