The IT Enterprise Project Manager's primary function is working within Special Access Programs (SAPs) supporting Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, such as HQ Air Force, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and Military Departments efforts. The position will work closely with the customer's IT leadership representatives and the contractor IT workforce to provide "day-to-day" support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities. Performance shall include: Primary duties include scheduling, de- conflicting, and coordinating routine maintenance activities along with task/project efforts, and emergency changes in order to minimize production systems and service downtime Responsible for the full range of matters pertaining to all assured information systems under the customer's cognizance Directly supports the government lead and provides day-to-day planning and oversight for the customer's data centers, networks, telecommunications infrastructure, servers, systems, services, and applications. Maintains an overall health and status awareness of all assigned resources and projects through effective and flexible resource and task management Conduct daily operations stand-up meetings with the applicable contractor IT workforce to review operational status and planned work for the day; provide applicable updates to customer leadership as required. Supports the continuous improvement program for IT and develops recommendations for idea, process, and technology improvement to overall IT management
