We’re looking for a highly motivated IT Engineer to help run and improve our enterprise IT environment. This role is ideal for someone who has been hands-on with computers for years, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow quickly in IT operations, systems, and security. You’ll be on the front lines supporting employees and system teams, but this is not a dead-end helpdesk role . You’ll work closely with our enterprise IT and security operations teams, get exposure to modern tooling, and take on real ownership as you grow in our security enterprise. Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 IT support to employees (hardware, software, access) Troubleshoot laptops, peripherals, operating systems, and SaaS tools Support onboarding and offboarding (devices, accounts, access) Manage tickets and communicate clearly with users Escalate issues appropriately while learning how to resolve them independently Help manage the device fleet (MDM, patching, replacements) Assist with identity and access management (SSO, MFA, permissions) Document fixes, workflows, and common issues Look for ways to reduce repeat problems and manual work Assist with security-related tasks (phishing reports, endpoint alerts, audits) What You’ll Learn Enterprise IT operations at scale Modern endpoint management and security practices Identity and access management fundamentals Incident handling and escalation How IT and security work together in a real business This role is designed to grow . Strong performers can progress into: IT Operations Systems Engineering Security Operations Cloud / Identity roles What We’re Looking for Required Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 1 year of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) Ability to learn quickly and take feedback Good communication skills, especially explaining technical issues to non-technical users Sense of ownership — you see problems and want to fix them Technical Experience Windows and/or macOS troubleshooting Building, repairing, or upgrading PCs Basic networking concepts (DNS, Wi-Fi, VPNs) Familiarity with ticketing systems (or willingness to learn) Exposure to Microsoft 365, and modern SaaS tools Nice to Have Homelab or personal technical projects Interest in security, systems, or cloud technologies Experience in an MSP, campus IT, or fast-paced support environment Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+/CCNA, Security+ Why This Role Is Different You won’t just reset passwords all day You’ll be trusted with real responsibility You’ll work with people who care about doing things the right way You’ll be mentored by senior IT and security engineers You’ll have a clear path to level up $75,000 - $85,000 a year A salary commensurate with experience will be offered.
