About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Project Manager to lead healthcare technology deployments across hospital sites. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring installations meet operational, safety, and compliance standards. You will own the end-to-end deployment process, from planning and site readiness to commissioning and stabilization, ensuring projects deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, solving real-world blockers quickly while maintaining strong communication and documentation practices. You will work closely with field technicians, hospital staff, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. This role requires both strategic oversight and operational attention to detail, with frequent travel to hospital sites.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing field deployments or customer implementations in healthcare, IoT/RTLS, or enterprise software.
  • Experience in healthcare delivery environments, including facilities, biomed, infection control, or EHS.
  • Strong contractor/vendor coordination and multi-site scheduling experience.
  • Knowledge of RTLS/BLE/IoT deployments, device commissioning, and RMA/inventory processes.
  • Proficiency with project tools such as Zendesk and Wrike.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clean checklists, acceptance documents, and status notes.
  • Ability to travel frequently to hospital sites.
  • Highly organized, hands-on, and able to coordinate teams to achieve outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience reading floor plans and creating as-builts (Visio/CAD/Bluebeam).
  • Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2, OSHA-10/30, BICSI, Prosci, or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end deployments, including detailed site plans, milestones, dependencies, and checklists.
  • Lead daily and weekly standups with contractors, facilities/biomed teams, and hospital IT to unblock tasks and drive site decisions.
  • Coordinate site readiness, installation crews, cabling, device placement, labeling, and inventory management, ensuring EHS compliance and proper access/permits.
  • Pre-stage devices, execute commissioning and functional tests, document results, and manage punch lists to closure.
  • Manage risks, change orders, and scope adjustments, ensuring alignment with project objectives and agreements.
  • Produce as-built documentation, acceptance criteria, and handover materials to support teams; run stabilization checklists (30–60–90 days).
  • Oversee third-party installers and vendors, tracking budgets and SLAs to protect project margins.
