Project Manager (Remote from US)
About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology solutions that drive measurable impact for clients. In this role, you will act as a central point of coordination for cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and technical specialists, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and at the highest quality. You will lead stakeholder communications, manage expectations, and maintain project documentation while leveraging AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, product management, software development, technical operations, or related areas.
- Experience leading dynamic teams in software, SaaS, or application development environments.
- Strong skills in gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into actionable technical solutions.
- Comfort navigating changing priorities, ambiguous tasks, and fast-paced environments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with strong data analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency using AI-assisted tools, including large language models, to support project management, documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse clients, especially government or public health stakeholders.
- Commitment to social impact and ethical work practices.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the external-facing representative for project teams, leading discussions around planning, requirements, and roadmaps.
- Coordinate technical implementation with internal teams to ensure client and project requirements are met.
- Lead integration efforts between platforms and systems, translating technical requirements into actionable project plans.
- Develop, document, and promote best practices for application deployment, project management methodology, and quality assurance.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to support project planning, documentation, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Map processes, workflows, and create use cases, diagrams, and other documentation to support project objectives.
- Support or lead training programs and capacity-building initiatives for system users.
- Ensure project quality and operational success across software development life cycles.
