About The Position

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design within fast-moving companies.
• Strong generalist skills in research, UI/UX design, systems thinking, and visual design (typography, layout, hierarchy, interaction).
• Experience managing projects from discovery to completion with excellent organization and prioritization skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to decompose complex problems into iterative, actionable milestones.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting design decisions clearly to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with user research methods and emerging design tools, including AI-assisted workflows.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in B2B product design, designing for physical processes, or familiarity with frontend code and component systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design efforts, driving discovery, defining requirements, and delivering solutions that address customer needs.
• Serve as project lead within your design pod, ensuring high-quality feature delivery from concept through implementation.
• Conduct user research and data analysis to validate design decisions and improve user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure feasible, high-quality designs that balance technical constraints and user needs.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, creating reusable patterns that strengthen the overall product.
• Design solutions that integrate digital interfaces with real-world operational workflows, enhancing the full customer journey.
• Communicate design rationale and maintain alignment with stakeholders across the company throughout the project lifecycle.
