AIR Communities is seeking a motivated Project Manager I to join their team. This role will manage small-scale capital improvement projects and support larger asset enhancement initiatives, including common area renovations, unit renovations, and smart home technology upgrades. The Project Manager will partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to define project objectives, establish timelines, manage budgets, and drive successful project execution. This position requires coordinating project teams, resources, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves managing projects typically ranging from $10K to $75K, while supporting larger renovation and asset enhancement programs. Project management best practices, including scope management, requirements gathering, risk identification, project tracking, and stakeholder communication, are essential. The Project Manager will also provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership and key stakeholders, and oversee ongoing contract services and break-fix activities for assigned systems and asset categories. Travel of approximately 25% to properties within the portfolio is required for site visits, project monitoring, vendor support, and ensuring successful project execution.
