About The Position

Trillium Health Partners is seeking a Project Manager to join the Strategy Management Office, with a primary focus on enterprise performance management and corporate planning. The Project Manager supports and coordinates strategy execution, enterprise planning, and performance management processes aligned to the Plan to 2030. This includes coordinating cross-functional planning activities and deliverables; supporting governance forums with clear documentation and briefing materials; and helping support alignment between strategy, plans, performance, and delivery across the organization. The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders while supporting disciplined execution in a complex healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required; business, life sciences, health informatics or related discipline preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management in healthcare environments such as hospitals, government or private sector required.
  • Strong understanding of the hospital’s strategic plan.
  • Strong leadership, adaptability, interpersonal and collaboration skills are essential for this role, including the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience with project management processes and best practices, as well as corporate level reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Superior analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs of senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness at leading and collaborating with teams, including supporting collaborative design of products with cross-functional groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective and comprehensive reports and presentations for various audiences, including executives, administrators, and clinicians.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting executive and Board-level decision-making, including preparing materials, managing issues, and advising on risks and trade-offs.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and people management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in public administration, business administration, healthcare administration or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Prior experience managing enterprise level planning and performance processes an asset (e.g. annual business plans, operating plans, performance frameworks, quarterly performance reporting, etc.)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation an asset.
  • Experience organizing and facilitating large executive level retreats with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate enterprise strategy execution, corporate planning, and performance management processes, including the annual operating plan and multi-year planning cycles aligned to the Plan to 2030.
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning and performance initiatives, helping to align activities across programs, corporate services, and enabling teams.
  • Contribute to performance management and reporting by preparing dashboards, progress updates, and briefing materials for leaders and governance forums, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders on an ongoing basis to support shared understanding of priorities, timelines, and changing requirements.
  • Coordinate planning and integration activities across initiatives and priorities, with a focus on timelines, governance requirements, risk/issue tracking, and reporting.
  • Monitor and report on progress, risks/issues, and proposed solutions to stakeholders, and escalate as appropriate.
  • Identify and track risks, dependencies, and interdependencies across plans and initiatives, and work with project and program leads to support mitigation and timely escalation.
  • Support an integrated view of corporate plans by gathering inputs and helping document financial, workforce, digital, and operational implications across strategy, planning, and performance discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clear planning processes, effective communication, and consistent follow-through on commitments.
  • Develop and draft briefing materials, presentations, and proposals to support senior leadership and governance processes.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to support clarity of roles, expectations, and timelines across planning and performance cycles.
