About The Position

Trillium Health Partners (THP) is seeking a Consultant to join the Strategy Management Office’s. With a future-ready lens aligned to Plan to 2030 priorities, the Strategy Management Office provides structured support and cross-functional partnership to help advance enterprise modernization and value realization. In this role, you will support enterprise transformation initiatives focused on middle and back office processes and ways of working—helping modernize services and deliver measurable value and efficiency outcomes. Working with a centralized team, you will contribute to defining improvement opportunities, developing workplans and deliverables, coordinating interested parties, and supporting benefits tracking and adoption activities across multiple corporate and enabling functions.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Health Administration, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business transformation, continuous improvement, project delivery, operational excellence, management consulting, or a related role within healthcare or a complex public-sector environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional initiatives, work in matrixed environments, and manage multiple priorities with competing timelines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills, including comfort working with data to support insights, benefits tracking, and decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise, executive-ready materials.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and collaboration skills; able to influence without direct authority.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 tools

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH) considered an asset.
  • experience with process mapping, improvement methods, and/or change management approaches is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of a portfolio of middle and back office transformation initiatives, including workplanning, issue/risk tracking, coordination of interested parties, and deliverable management.
  • Conduct analysis (quantitative and qualitative) to understand current-state processes, pain points, demand/capacity, and improvement opportunities; synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
  • Contribute to transformation roadmaps and initiative charters, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and measures of success.
  • Support benefits realization by developing value hypotheses, collecting baseline data, tracking leading and lagging indicators, and preparing regular progress updates.
  • Support change management and adoption activities (e.g., stakeholder mapping, communications, training and readiness support) to help embed new ways of working.
  • Prepare high-quality materials for leaders and governance forums (briefing notes, decision documents, presentations) and support meeting design/facilitation as required.
  • Help build and continuously improve standard tools, templates, and methods that reduce rework and accelerate delivery across transformation initiatives.
  • Build effective working relationships with enabling services partners to support practical, scalable solutions.
