The HR Project Manager has responsibility for managing large projects tied to HR strategic initiatives and leading the change management workstream. The projects managed may include 3-5 HR strategic initiatives, supporting the project sponsor and project lead. These initiatives may include HR operating model, Total Rewards and Talent initiatives, software implementations/upgrades, operational and organizational changes. Working cross-functionally with groups such as Finance, Operations and IT, this role has the objective of driving projects to completion, on time and under budget. This position will directly report to VP of Talent Management and HR Operations. Requires working in the Mentor, OH office and has the option to go hybrid after 90 days pending hiring manager approval.
