About The Position

Supports the Project and craft and salaried workforce throughout the employment lifecycle. Has a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and operations. This role partners closely with Project Leadership to align HR strategy with project objectives, ensuring effective workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and talent management. The role is accountable to the Country HR Lead based in the Home Office HR location relevant to the project designation. Our ingenuity fuels daily life.
