This role is responsible for ensuring job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations. The manager will develop and deliver training materials and performance management programs to ensure staff understand their job responsibilities. This includes investigating associate issues, conflicts, and policy violations, and delivering disciplinary and termination outcomes through positive and professional mediation, coaching, and guidance. The role also involves driving workforce analytics, insights, and reporting to support the company’s workforce plan, conducting daily facility walks to gain insights and share feedback, and creating and maintaining a compensation strategy based on market research. The Human Resources Manager will support business needs through associate development, engagement, motivation, and preservation, ensuring consistent application of HR policies, maintaining organization charts and employee directories, and partnering with management to align strategic HR goals with business initiatives. Additionally, the role oversees a performance appraisal system, maintains HR systems and processes, conducts performance and salary reviews, and manages a team of Human Resources site representatives.
