Project Manager - Heavy Civil / Heavy Highway

Requirements
- Five or more years of project management experience in heavy civil, infrastructure, or deep foundation construction.
- Experience managing public infrastructure, transportation, industrial, or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, procurement, and contract management.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with unit-price contracts, competitive bidding procedures, and government-funded construction projects is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage heavy civil construction projects from initial planning through project completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and productivity objectives.
- Coordinate daily activities with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and project owners.
- Administer project documentation, including contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittmits, change orders, and related records.
- Monitor project costs, schedules, productivity, and overall progress to ensure operational and financial goals are achieved.
- Lead project meetings, provide regular updates to clients, and resolve project issues efficiently.
