Responsibilities include coordinating information across departments to establish assignment schedules and secure necessary approvals for production projects. The role requires on-call shifts worked remotely for last-minute replacements. The work environment is a newsroom setting with atypical schedules, frequent urgent situations, and high stress levels, requiring tact, discretion, leadership, and sound judgment. This is primarily a daytime position (in-office and remote) with additional evening, night, and weekend on-call shifts (remote), shared on a rotating basis.
