Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field Required
6 years of experience in project related work Required
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI within 1 Year Required

Responsibilities

Accountable to the Director of Facilities Management for all project related activities.
Plans, guides, and oversees the day-to-day internal activities that support Facilities Management projects.
Assists in the development of the master project schedule and all other project work plans.
Accountable for the development, maintenance and supporting methodologies (e.g. processes, procedures, standards, and templates).
Communicates risks and issues to project leadership teams, other stakeholders, and to the Senior Director and Director of Facilities Management.
Responsible for managing medium to large projects.
