ICMS is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Facilities) who oversees planning, budgeting, and execution of office build-out and reconfiguration projects.
Requirements
- 10 years of demonstrated experience with facilities management in a government or large commercial facility.
- Active PMP (Project Management Professional) is required.
- Active FAC-P/PM Level II certification within the last 5 years, or equivalent is required.
- Demonstrated experience and working knowledge with cost estimating and project planning.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Shall be citizens of the U.S.
- Must have favorably adjudicated background investigations.
Responsibilities
- Draft scopes of work for build-out/reconfiguration projects for the preparation of Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates
- Oversee planning and execution of build-out/reconfiguration projects, supporting compliance with safety, security, and accessibility standards
- Support furniture design, delivery, and installation
- Coordinate with GSA, contractors, and FPS leadership to ensure project timelines, budgets, and requirements are met
- Support and track budget planning for all occupancies, projects, and services
- Maintain the projects and services system of record (e.g., ServiceNow)
