About The Position

US Bank’s Payments: Merchant and Institutional is a major division dedicated to serving corporate clients with tailored banking and financial solutions. PMI works closely with ICG (Institutional Client Group) to deliver integrated solutions. We are looking to hire a Project Manager/Executive Assistant supporting our healthcare and technology organizations. In this role, the candidate will lead strategic projects that may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Additionally, the candidate for this role will support group heads in our PMI Sales organizations with administrative expertise.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects that may be general or systems related in nature.
  • Interface with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs.
  • Support group heads in PMI Sales organizations with administrative expertise.
  • Deliver high level, professional, administrative services and expertise that requires in-depth knowledge of the assigned functional area.
  • Analyze, interpret and action inquiries from customers and/or internal clients regarding policies and procedures applicable to the assigned area.
  • Manage workflow and ensure that service expectations are met.
  • Compile reports for management.
  • Responsible for diary, travel and expense management.
  • Create decks and presentations.
  • Manage and coordinate administrative activities for the team and maintain team files and information.
