About The Position

Cognosos is seeking an enterprise-level Project Manager to manage the scale, complexity, and detail-oriented execution of launching critical RTLS and supply chain visibility networks for global OEMs and manufacturers. This role involves foundational ownership of cornerstone deployments, acting as the crucial link between Sales and Customer Success. The ideal candidate will transform complex operational processes into streamlined, repeatable deployment playbooks, ensuring customer clarity, timeline integrity, and managed expectations.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of direct experience as a technical or enterprise Project Manager.
• Experience tracking hardware-enabled SaaS, IoT systems, or complex supply chain solutions is ideal.
• Hyper-organized, meticulous, and comfortable in complex environments.
• Investigative mindset to map account layouts, identify constraints, and streamline deployment footprints.
• Mastery of professional follow-up and unblocking timelines without damaging relationships.
• Talent for creating clean, scannable workflow frameworks and documented execution plays.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage enterprise-level hardware and software deployments, focusing on executing anchor rollouts and growth initiatives with precision.
• Standardize and execute the foundational sales-to-CS handoff blueprint, verifying technical scope, coverage zone requirements, and operational readiness.
• Own customer deployment communication, setting expectations, navigating site constraints, and holding external client stakeholders accountable.
• Author clear, comprehensive project documentation, deployment playbooks, and standardized templates to optimize time-to-value.
• Execute tactical cross-functional management, providing visibility into timelines, risks, and mitigation pathways.
• Drive momentum across cross-functional internal resource groups (Engineering, Product, Supply Chain) and client contacts to keep projects on schedule.
