About The Position

MSA is seeking a Project Manager Engineering to manage primarily municipal public-sector Water/Wastewater projects. The position may be based at a Midwest office in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, or Illinois, within a commutable distance of an MSA office. The Project Manager serves as a client liaison, mentors staff, and oversees technical work, budgets, scopes, and project delivery. MSA supports Water/Wastewater projects through planning, design, construction, and operations. The role is full-time, salaried, hybrid eligible, and flex-time eligible.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering.
• Experience interacting with clients, including participation in council or board meetings.
• Project management experience.
• At least 5 years of prior experience with Water/Wastewater projects.
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer; sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, scoping, budgeting, and QA/QC.
• Manage client relationships and support business development.
• Assist with mentoring emerging engineering staff.
• Oversee plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents.
• Assist with project funding packages in coordination with funding staff.
• Provide project updates at public forums.
