About The Position

Ebara Elliott Energy (EEE) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage small-scale projects and contribute to larger projects within Engineered Solutions. This includes modifications, rerates, 3rd party equipment, upgrades, and drop-in units. The role involves managing projects with order values ranging from $100K to $3MM.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in engineering (mechanical, aerospace, or similar discipline such as project or business management).
3+ years of project planning management experience.
3+ years experience with complex machinery or equipment (turbomachinery preferred).
Proficiency in Gantt chart creation and maintenance activities.
Utilizes systems, such as Windchill, Oracle, and Lotus Notes, Microsoft Projects.
Understands revenue, margin, and absorption.
Manages invoicing with Finance by communicating with customers.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with rotating equipment (compressors, steam turbines, hot gas expanders, cryogenic pumps/expanders) preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads project hand-over from Sales / Application side to Execution side.
Establishes master schedule and sub-schedules.
Maintains on-time delivery by monitoring engineering, procurement, and manufacturing.
Develops and issues periodic Project Progress Reports to the customer.
Confirms initial budget after project hand-over from Sales / Application with the Execution team.
Identifies budget overruns when they occur.
Approves additional budget when requested.
Closes budget when a project is completed.
Interacts with others requiring social skills and the ability to understand and influence using data and logic.
Cooperates effectively with colleagues / partners across many departments.
Has significant contact with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors with backgrounds in operations and engineering.
Reviews terms and conditions, including LD, warranty, payments, and delivery conditions, in Purchase Orders.
Manages contract change requests and Change Orders with Contract Admin.
Understands Incoterms.
Arranges export shipments.
