About The Position

You will lead the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Modernization project. This high-profile engagement will transition the agency’s decade-old Microsoft Dynamics CRM to a modernized, secure Microsoft Power Platform architecture.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex enterprise IT modernization projects, specifically involving Microsoft Dynamics and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong background in leading firm fixed-price, deliverable-based government engagements.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and risk-management skills.
• An active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strictly required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project lifecycle across all three major phases (CRM System Conversion, Modernization Enhancements, and External System Integrations), ensuring all 8 primary deliverables are met on time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the vendor team and the State of Florida EOG/OCIG stakeholders.
• Lead the initial Project Kickoff and submit detailed action plans.
• Oversee a strict firm fixed-price, deliverable-based budget capped at $692,885.00, and ensure all milestones align with the August 2026 to June 2027 timeline.
• Coordinate a cross-functional project team of 8 roles (spanning Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts) executing approximately 4,400 billable hours.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all deliverables meet the strict Acceptance Criteria and comply with state data handling regulations.
