The Project Manager – Employee Benefits is responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and delivery of client-facing employee benefits initiatives. This role owns project scope and schedules, works closely with internal teams and external partners, and ensures all deliverables are executed on time and aligned with agreed objectives.
