Reporting to the Vice President for Community Engagement & Lifelong Success, the Senior Project Manager serves as a key member of the CELS Senior Leadership Team. This role ensures the division's organizational effectiveness by guiding operational processes, overseeing communications, and leading cross-divisional initiatives that align units such as Beyond Barnard, Lifelong Learning Initiatives, and the Francine LeFrak Center. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the execution of major annual programs, division-wide communications strategies, budget planning, data measurement, and other initiatives and needs as defined by the CELS Senior Team. Additionally, this role provides high-level administrative leadership, defining and implementing processes for effective administration across the division.
