About The Position

This role owns the execution of development and construction projects from the office by driving coordination across external stakeholders. The Project Manager is responsible for pushing multiple projects forward by working with agencies, consultants, subcontractors, and external partners to ensure approvals, documentation, and timelines stay on track. This role exists to remove bottlenecks, maintain project momentum, and ensure nothing stalls across the development and construction lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience in construction, development, or related project environments
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and external coordination
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to execute without hand-holding

Nice To Haves

• Experience with NYC agencies (DOB, permits, violations)
• Background in expediting or project coordination
• Exposure to large-scale or ground-up development projects

Responsibilities

• Own execution across multiple active projects simultaneously
• Drive coordination with agencies, consultants, subcontractors, and external partners
• Push approvals, permits, filings, and project requirements through to completion
• Identify risks early and resolve issues before they impact timelines
• Take direction and independently drive tasks through to completion
• Maintain visibility across all moving parts and ensure consistent follow-through
