We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Demolition Division and lead challenging projects from planning through completion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in demolition, construction, heavy civil, or related industries
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration
  • Working knowledge of demolition methods, construction practices, and safety regulations
  • Proficiency with project management software and standard business applications

Nice To Haves

  • PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential
  • Experience managing bridge demolition projects
  • Knowledge of environmental remediation and hazardous materials projects

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering regular project updates
  • Monitor project financial performance, track costs, and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
  • Oversee quality control and ensure work meets project specifications and client expectations
  • Proactively identify risks and resolve project challenges
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and operations teams to ensure project success
