The Project Manager will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, assigned, and supported by realistic timelines. They will also be responsible for identifying risks, dependencies, capacity constraints, and recurring process issues. • Strong working knowledge of project management practices and tools such as Linear, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • A track record of creating clear project plans, tickets, workflows, ownership structures, and documentation standards.
  • Experience monitoring deadlines, dependencies, risks, and team capacity in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to facilitate meetings that produce decisions, accountability, and measurable follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly document decisions, requirements, risks, and action items.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and improving handoffs between different functions or areas of expertise.
  • Sound judgment when balancing urgency, scope, available resources, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Escalate bottlenecks and recommend ways to improve efficiency, throughput, team coordination, and quality of life.
  • Run project board reviews and other key operating meetings, ensuring the right stakeholders participate and discussions result in clear decisions.
  • Improve cross-functional coordination and handoffs so that work does not get lost, duplicated, or passed between teams without adequate context.
