About The Position
This role focuses on driving data-driven decision-making through data democratization activities. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports, creating data workflows and automation, analyzing key metrics, and collaborating with various cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science OR equivalent work experience.
- 10+ Years of experience.
- 10 years + Project Management experience
- AWS or Azure Data certifications.
- 7-8 years of experience in data wrangling, profiling, testing tools.
- 7-8 years of experience in some of these technologies: Power BI and/or Tableau, PowerApps, Alteryx and/or KNIME
- 5-6 years of experience in Cloud platforms: AWS and/or Azure
- Proficient in complex SQL and Excel
- Exposure to Python or R
Responsibilities
- Data Democratization related activities to drive data drivel decision making
- Develop and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and PowerApps
- Develop data workflows and automation using Alteryx, KNIME, or similar data analytics tools
- Analyze customer behavior, supply chain metrics, and manufacturing KPIs to support operational decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and digital product teams
