About The Position

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a "white glove" experience throughout the project lifecycle. Own projects from PO conversion through customer turnover and facility readiness. Develop and manage project schedules, trackers, action items, and deliverables. Coordinate with customers, contractors, engineering, supply chain, field services, and internal stakeholders. Lead site meetings and customer-facing project reviews. Lead internal coordination, scheduling, and status meetings. Facilitate quality meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Support equipment delivery, installation, commissioning, and startup activities. Drive issue resolution and escalate risks to ensure project success. Manage customer communications and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate activities with electrical and general contractors. Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management, project coordination, services, or related experience preferred
  • Passion for issue resolution is KEY!
  • Strong ownership mentality and accountability for project outcomes
  • Proven ability to drive issues to closure and keep projects moving forward
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to client satisfaction
  • Excellent organization and project tracking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands

  • Resourceful problem-solver who takes initiative and finds answers
  • Experience managing schedules, customers, and project deliverables
  • Comfortable working with contractors, technical teams, and cross-functional partners
  • Willingness to learn and self-train on products, systems, and procedures
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate with engineering and field teams
  • Strength in GSuite tools is expected

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in data centers, electrical infrastructure, construction, industrial, or technical environments preferred
  • Bachelor's degree and/or PMP certification preferred, but not required
