About The Position
Dell Technologies Professional Services is seeking a Senior level Project Manager to lead and govern complex, high-stakes deployment programs, including large-scale GPU and network rack installations across enterprise data center environments. This is a senior advisory role that demands strategic thinking, seasoned judgment, and the ability to operate as the definitive value orchestrator across multi-project portfolios, on-site within customer data centers. The role involves setting the standard for ensuring that what was sold is precisely what is realized, applying predictive risk intelligence and an AI-forward delivery philosophy to protect outcomes and accelerate customer success. You will define and elevate the practice of deployment project and program management within Dell Technologies, leading strategic engagements that directly influence customer confidence, contract renewal, and long-term partnership growth. Responsibilities include governing multi-workstream execution and shift-level operations, and resolving complex onsite escalations across engineering, construction, networking, and operations teams. The goal is to shape how customers experience the full power of their Dell Technologies investment and mentor the next generation of consultants.
