About The Position

Join us as a Project Manager, Data Center and take the lead on delivering customer projects that make a real difference. You'll manage everything from planning through execution, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

5+ years of project management / project coordination experience
Experience managing data center projects and electrical infrastructure for new construction projects
Ability to coach and guide team members through complex challenges and escalated issues
Comfort working independently while maintaining adherence to quality and compliance standards
Strategic thinking that connects project execution with broader business objectives
Strong relationship-building skills that create trust with customers and internal partners

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a "white glove" experience throughout the project lifecycle
Own projects from PO conversion through customer turnover and facility readiness
Develop and manage project schedules, trackers, action items, and deliverables
Coordinate with customers, contractors, engineering, supply chain, field services, and internal stakeholders
Lead site meetings and customer-facing project reviews
Lead internal coordination, scheduling, and status meetings
Facilitate quality meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Support equipment delivery, installation, commissioning, and startup activities
Drive issue resolution and escalate risks to ensure project success
Manage customer communications and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Coordinate activities with electrical and general contractors
Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
