Branco Enterprises Inc. is 100% employee owned. This position establishes project objectives and manages multiple commercial building projects (typically $5M–$40M). It coordinates with clients and project teams to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
5+ years of commercial construction project management experience (7–10 years preferred)
Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills (scheduling, estimating, value engineering)
Strong analytical/critical thinking and negotiation skills
Deadline- and detail-oriented; excellent written and verbal communication
Software proficiency: Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

Establish overall project objectives for assigned projects
Manage multiple projects and coordinate administrative/logistical support with Superintendents
Prepare, maintain, and update project schedules; coordinate with field leadership
Lead weekly progress/design meetings with owners, consultants, and subcontractors
Plan and manage procurement of materials and services
Develop scopes of work and manage vendor/subcontractor coordination
Manage project costs and participate in accounting updates and approvals
Schedule and attend job meetings; manage project closeout procedures
Travel to project sites as needed
