This role is responsible for project intake and financials management. The Project Manager/Change Manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables, often requiring collaboration across multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverables. The role ensures that execution and delivery meet client expectations regarding functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. This individual contributor role also involves facilitating routines such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates. They will plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams, facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal. The position promotes communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timelines, gathers status updates for stakeholders and leadership, and ensures execution aligns with deliverable requirements. Additionally, the role ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards and supports resource planning for delivery/execution. Experience in portfolio-level functions with end-to-end oversight and program delivery is required, as is experience in enacting change and continuous improvement, leading teams through release planning readiness, developing and documenting standards, and maintaining project communications. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting across all organizational levels. Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence is required as delivery is tracked across over 20 JIRA instances.
