About The Position

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables, often requiring cross-team engagement. The Project Manager/Change Manager will communicate work objectives, manage risks, ensure compliance with standards, and provide visibility into the health of deliverables. They will ensure execution meets client expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. This includes facilitating routines such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, and change controls. The role involves planning and coordinating delivery and dependencies across multiple teams, facilitating dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal. Communication and collaboration across organizations are key to ensure deliverable completion and adherence to timelines. The position requires gathering and facilitating status updates for stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks, issues, and schedules. The candidate will ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders and ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Support for resource planning for delivery/execution is also a responsibility. This is an individual contributor role with experience in portfolio-level functions supporting end-to-end oversight and program delivery. The role involves enacting change, continuous improvement, leading teams through release planning and readiness, developing and documenting standards, and maintaining project communications. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence is required as delivery is tracked across 20+ JIRA instances.
