About The Position

IREN is a vertically integrated AI Cloud provider that delivers large-scale data centers and GPU clusters for AI training and inference. Its platform is supported by grid-connected land and power in renewable-rich regions across North America, Europe, and APAC. The Project Manager, Campus Logistics for IREN’s Kiowa campus owns the full lifecycle of workforce housing and site logistics across IREN’s data center portfolio. The role forecasts accommodation demand, sources and procures real estate and modular housing, establishes and operates lodges for construction and operations personnel, and manages vendors, budgets, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites. It reports directly to the Senior Project Manager of Campus Logistics. IREN builds, owns, and operates data centers powered by 100% renewable energy, with a stated commitment to responsible, sustainable operations and positive community impact.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in workforce housing, camp operations, or site logistics on construction, energy, mining, or infrastructure megaprojects.
  • Direct experience sourcing accommodation solutions through real estate leasing, camp construction or procurement, or third-party operator partnerships; experience limited to operating existing facilities is not sufficient.
  • Strong commercial negotiation background, including independently structuring lease and vendor deals with flexible and scalable terms.
  • Experience managing workforce populations of hundreds to thousands across multiple concurrent sites.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and local and state codes for temporary worker housing.
  • Familiarity with small-market real estate dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Forecast workforce housing demand by site and project phase, partnering with Construction and Project Controls on manpower ramp curves 12–24 months ahead.
  • Evaluate, source, and negotiate accommodation solutions such as motels, modular camps, man-camp operators, and long-term hotel leases, considering proximity, local market capacity, and cost-per-bed targets.
  • Run RFPs and lead commercial negotiations with property owners, camp operators, and modular housing providers.
  • Identify opportunities to share resources, staff, and purchasing across Texas and Oklahoma markets to reduce redundant spending.
  • Structure vendor and landlord agreements with flexibility to expand, contract, or shift between sites as construction schedules change.
  • Maintain a portfolio view of active agreements and recommend standardized modular specifications so assets can be redeployed across sites.
  • Own vendor relationships and commercial terms for catering, housekeeping, laundry, waste management, and temporary housing; renegotiate cost-per-bed economics as demand changes.
  • Direct site logistics, including worker transportation, camp access, parking, and cross-site personnel movement.
  • Ensure facilities meet OSHA, health department, and fire/life-safety requirements.
  • Build and lead a site-level team across all four campuses.
  • Own the annual accommodation and logistics budget and report cost-per-worker-day and deal economics to the VP of Operations for CAPEX and OPEX approvals.
  • Build business cases and ROI comparisons for major sourcing decisions.
