You’ll partner closely with Creative, Engineering, QA, Campaign Operations, Client Solutions, and other internal teams to keep projects moving, mitigate risk, and deliver exceptional campaign experiences on time. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role with strong ownership and visibility across the organization.

  • Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while keeping delivery on track
  • Enjoy improving processes and helping teams work more efficiently
  • Like mentoring others and contributing to a strong team culture
  • Formal project management training preferred
  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead campaign delivery from start to finish, owning assigned campaigns end-to-end, from intake and planning through launch and post-launch closure, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns at different stages of execution while maintaining clear project plans, milestones, ownership, and accountability across teams.
  • Align partners across Creative, Engineering, QA, MLR, Campaign Operations, and Client Solutions, facilitating kickoff meetings, milestone reviews, and clear next steps throughout delivery.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and workflows across tools like Monday.com, Jira, Ziflow, MS Teams, and UCP while applying standardized templates, checklists, and best practices.
  • Work alongside Client Solutions Managers to provide visibility into campaign health, timelines, risks, and delivery readiness while supporting a seamless client experience.
  • Proactively surface blockers, make thoughtful trade-offs as priorities shift, and escalate issues appropriately when broader delivery goals may be impacted.
  • Contribute to team-wide operational improvements, workflow optimization efforts, and initiatives that reduce manual work and improve implementation consistency.
