Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues as needed
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and communication plans
  • Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and blockers, and assist in coordinating resolutions with stakeholders
  • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams
  • Review data, reports, and user feedback to support decision-making and recommend actionable solutions
  • Assist in creating process maps, dashboards, and documentation to visualize findings and support stakeholders
  • Evaluate project performance metrics and provide insights to improve delivery, timelines, and outcomes
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Communicate project updates and insights clearly to various audiences
  • Support change management and user adoption efforts
