Role Overview: One of the most critical management positions responsible for Capital Program Delivery is the Project Manager Associate. This position plays a critical role in the District's team approach to Capital Program Delivery relying on each role to carry a heavy project management workload. The Project Manager Associate maintains all the scheduling, coordination and budgetary needs of the District's transportation assets. Many unique and often expedited projects are managed annually by Project Manager Associates. The Capital Programs team collectively manages over $2,000,000,000 worth of projects across a 5 year program. Project Manager Associates are the most pivotal role in this endeavor as you will helps facilitate and manage projects in development for up to 5 years before construction. This position will manage State and Local projects, and you will be responsible for managing an average of $175 Million of infrastructure improvements. Location: This position is with INDOT's Greenfield District. Salary: The salary for this position traditionally starts at $59,800.00 but may be commensurate with education and work experience.
