About The Position

The Storytelling Company (TSC) designs and delivers immersive, technology-driven environments that combine storytelling, architecture, audiovisual systems, fabrication, and interactive experiences. They partner with global brands to create customer experience centers, executive briefing centers, innovation spaces, and immersive installations. TSC operates in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where initiative and clear communication are key. The Associate Project Manager supports the successful delivery of construction, experiential, and AV-integrated projects from early planning through installation and handover. Working alongside Project Managers, Technical Producers, and Delivery teams, they help coordinate timelines, stakeholders, budgets, and project information across multiple workstreams. This role offers a strong development path toward a Project Manager role and is ideal for someone early in their project management career who enjoys creating structure, keeping teams aligned, and learning how complex projects are delivered in a multidisciplinary environment. Project delivery at TSC is rarely linear, with construction, technical integration, fabrication, and installation activities often evolving simultaneously. The company seeks someone who enjoys bringing clarity and organization to fast-moving environments while supporting teams through changing priorities and project requirements.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, construction coordination, operations, event production, or a related project-based environment.
  • Recent college graduates with relevant internship, coordination, or project support experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving project requirements.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools, spreadsheets, scheduling platforms, or task management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn.
  • Professional attitude with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, installations, and onsite coordination activities throughout the United States and occasionally internationally.

  • Interest in construction, AV systems, experiential environments, or technology integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and delivery of construction, experiential, and AV-focused projects from kickoff through installation and handover.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, action items, and dependencies to maintain project alignment and visibility.
  • Assist with project reporting, documentation, and communication across teams.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, vendors, fabricators, contractors, and technical partners.
  • Participate in client meetings, project status calls, and written communications.
  • Support vendor management, procurement coordination, and invoice follow-up activities.
  • Support logistics planning, installation coordination, and onsite readiness activities.
  • Assist senior project managers in coordinating site-based activities and project mobilization.
  • Help ensure project teams have the information and resources needed for successful execution.
  • Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, issue logs, schedules, and project records.
  • Track project progress and escalate risks, schedule conflicts, or resource constraints when appropriate.
  • Help ensure project processes and standards are followed throughout all phases.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Technical Producers, AV Engineers, creative teams, and operations staff.
  • Support large-scale initiatives while independently managing smaller projects and workstreams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project workflows and delivery practices.
