If this excites you more than it scares you, you are in the right place. The Role We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager/Assistant to own the operational rhythm of our projects. You will keep work moving across our web, VR, haptics, and mobile product lines - tracking progress, surfacing blockers, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a coordination role for someone who is naturally organized, writes clearly, and does not wait to be told what needs attention. If you enjoy turning chaos into structure and helping teams stay aligned, this is your job.
Requirements
- 1-2 years in a coordination or project support role
- Strong written and verbal English, Russian is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks
- Proactive - figures out what needs to be done without being told
- Experience with at least some of: Jira, Slack, Notion
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to agile / scrum
- Knowledge of AI tools like Claude for day-to-day activities
Responsibilities
- Keep projects, deadlines, and backlogs up to date in Jira and Notion
- Run syncs, take notes, follow up on action items and blockers
- Flag risks early
- Write status updates, meeting summaries, and progress reports
- Coordinate between teams, vendors, and partners
- Proactively surface what needs attention in allocated projects
