About The Position

Mace is engaged by a major global financial institution to deliver multi project transformations across the globe and are looking to add a CRE experienced Project Manager to the NYC based team. It is anticipated that this will be a role that will flow on to further projects with the same client within the USA and potentially LATAM. This role will sit within our growing NYC centered Cities and Places team which covers the CRE, luxury retail, and hospitality sectors across the USA. Requirements

  • Ideally 5-10 years construction industry experience.
  • Availability to be in NYC five days a week.
  • Ability to obtain a VISA to live and work in the USA.

Responsibilities

  • Determining and arranging project management, technical services and external resources to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to deliver projects successfully, communicating strategies clearly and effectively.
  • Champion Mace’s safety first values, embedding visible behaviors and the HSW framework across all activities.
  • Managing design, consultant and stakeholder management, ensuring briefs, deliverables, claims and variations are effectively completed.
  • Managing programme delivery from inception to completion, overseeing milestones, risks, budgets and quality standards.
  • Building high-performing teams, promote innovation and sustainability, and drive Mace priorities including Digital and Data and Responsible Business.
  • Lead on the cost management services including estimating, procurement and cost planning, owning the quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and building long term relationships with your clients.
  • Lead operations that are fiscally and ethically viable, influencing the achievement of business objectives that align with business and legislative compliance obligations.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop teams, demonstrating effective leadership to ensure excellence in delivery against plans, championing a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities.
