About The Position
The Project Manager will lead implementation of the Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) development program and its associated Structured Data Capture (SDC) program. The role is responsible for project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and change management to support adoption of digital capabilities. This onsite position is based in Malvern, Pennsylvania, and collaborates with business stakeholders, functional teams, and data experts to drive project execution and deliver results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
- Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com or similar.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with data governance and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of the CGT development and SDC programs.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Use project management tools to track milestones, risks, and project health.
- Facilitate governance meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Develop and execute training and change management strategies.
