About The Position

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Research and Development Project Controller on behalf of one of our partner companies. The partner is strengthening its capability in financial control for long-term research and product-development portfolios. You will take responsibility for work that connects project accounting, forecasts and earned value, while ensuring that grants and capitalisation receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate. Finance values dependable reporting, strong controls and constructive partnership. Requirements

Relevant experience delivering financial control for long-term research and product-development portfolios in a demanding environment.
Strong working knowledge of project accounting and forecasts.
Practical experience applying earned value and grants.
Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving capitalisation.
Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.

Nice To Haves

Experience from life sciences, engineering or advanced technology.
Exposure to governance in a cross-functional environment.
Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations.
