About The Position

ST Engineering MRAS is seeking a proactive, highly organized Project Engineer to support multiple engineering and technology development projects within its Research & Development team. The Project Engineer connects project-level direction with day-to-day engineering execution, working with engineers to understand progress and obstacles, resolve routine execution issues, and identify situations that require leadership input. The role supports project execution and coordination, engineering teams, project planning and controls, and project communication and reviews. It includes maintaining project schedules and status tools, tracking risks and mitigation actions, coordinating resources, helping develop recovery plans, organizing meetings and reviews, and preparing status communications for project leadership and other stakeholders. The position offers the opportunity to develop broad understanding of engineering development programs and grow toward greater project and technical leadership responsibility. The position involves access to export-controlled technology. Candidates must be a U.S. Person or qualify under a legally recognized export control exception or authorization and, if hired, provide valid proof of status. Employment offers are contingent on satisfactory completion of a background check and drug screening.
