Our Site Assessment Team and Projects Our team provides comprehensive environmental services, including site assessments, subsurface investigations using the latest technologies, soil gas/vapor intrusion evaluations, and innovative cleanup approaches. We specialize in brownfields redevelopment and site redevelopment integrating cleanup in final development plans. Responsibilities, Requirements, and Total Rewards What You’ll Be Doing As a valuable member of our Site Assessment and Remediation Team , as a Project Manager 2 , you will play a vital role in driving the success of our environmental investigation and remediation services, Brownfields grant funded Assessment and Cleanup Projects, and project development and/or redevelopment with responsibilities such as:

Requirements

  • BS in Geology, Civil/Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Current New Hampshire Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license, or ability to obtain via reciprocity
  • 15+ years of related investigation and remediation experience, with at least 10 years in client and project management, including scope development, budgeting, contract management, and staff mentoring
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the NHDES regulations and statutes (e.g. Env-Or 600 Contaminated Site Management, Brownfields Program, etc.)
  • Established working relationship with NHDES investigation and remediation personnel
  • Solid technical writing and data evaluation skills
  • Strong communication, business development, and client relationship skills
  • OSHA 40-Hour HazWoper and 8-Hour Refresher Certifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute site investigation and remediation projects in accordance with New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) and US Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) regulatory programs
  • Prepare and oversee work plans, sampling plans, health and safety plans, and comprehensive technical and regulatory reports
  • Develop and implement remedial action plans and corrective action strategies
  • Coordinate with clients, regulators, and subcontractors
  • Provide project management including budgeting, scheduling, and proposal preparation
  • Mentor junior staff and support their professional growth and development
  • Oversee field teams and subcontractors, promoting efficient and compliant project execution while managing environmental data and conducting site investigations
  • Participate in business development pursuits and professional organizations
