About The Position

This position provides service and support to assigned customers and works with the sales group on new or redesigned projects. The role is responsible for all aspects of customer projects, from conception through final delivery, installation, and follow-up. It coordinates with customers and internal teams to keep project timelines on track, organizes orders and required paperwork, develops and monitors project work plans, and supports accurate estimates and timely project launches.

Requirements

• Strong customer relations skills with internal and external customers.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication and follow-up skills.
• Accurate information handling, analytical and reasoning skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a team environment and produce a high volume of work efficiently.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Minimum two-year technical degree or two to four years of construction industry experience.

Nice To Haves

• Four-year degree in a technical field preferred.
• CAD experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, sales engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, shipping, and installation to help ensure project timelines are met.
• Organize and prioritize orders, coordinate paperwork required by teams responsible for manufacturing and delivery, and develop and monitor project work plans.
• Read and interpret blueprints and coordinate with the estimator to ensure cost estimates are accurate and meet customer expectations before a project begins.
• Manage project construction activities and serve as a link with the Senior Project Manager, raising concerns and suggestions to support on-time delivery and quality.
• Assist the Director, Senior Project Manager, and other departments as needed to support timely and accurate project launches.
• Follow up on project status and successfully manage multiple projects at once.
