Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, accounting, engineering, or a related field
• 3 or more years of relevant experience
• SAP software knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop supply chain improvement projects and campaigns tied to material availability, quality, manufacturing and logistical efficiencies, process and system improvements, supply base maturity, and other factors to drive improvement, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Measure and track performance of projects and initiatives at a detailed level.
• Drive timely completion of all project team tasks by influencing cross-functionally with Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Fulfillment, Logistics, and others.
• Gather updates from key stakeholders and report out status to executive leadership in a clear and concise manner to communicate progress toward expected targets.
• Leverage best-practice processes to achieve improved supply chain planning, visibility, and performance.
• Identify areas of opportunity within the supply chain function as a whole and execute projects to improve people, process, and/or systems while navigating the differences across separate functions within supply chain.
