About The Position

Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business, is looking for an Experienced Project Management Specialist to join their team. This role is accountable for the overall profitability and performance of assigned programs, including the enhancement of existing and implementation of new programs. The specialist will maintain and create professional relationships with assigned customers and is responsible for continuous improvement in customer program management tools and processes. Collaboration with and influence of cross-functional internal leaders regarding customer-specific strategy, execution, and customer relationship management are key. The role involves consistent management and administration of contractual obligations, including all recoveries and remedies for programs adhering to contractual commitments. Support is provided for coordination and clarification of analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long-range business goals. The position also supports the program by coordinating program metrics, integrating the implementation of Best Program Management Practices, and facilitating the resolution of program issues by developing solutions to complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation. In-depth analysis, identification of lessons learned, and provision of historical reports for future project plans are expected. Data collection, organization, and provision according to established processes within the management system are required to maintain the status of programs, customer and supplier commitments, and compliance. The role ensures follow-up action for issue resolution and provides coaching and guidance to teammates, fostering a collaborative and growth environment through one-on-one sessions. Program reviews with external and internal senior leadership, approvals for CR/Rebills and RMAs, creation of Get to Green Plans, provision of KPI metrics reports, and support for customer on-site business reviews are also part of the responsibilities. Requirements

  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Experience in Program Management
  • Experience in the aerospace industry
  • Intermediate Excel Skills with training ability
  • Experience analyzing data and generating metrics reports, customer KPI’s
  • This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
