About The Position

Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business, is looking for an Experienced Project Management Specialist to join their team. This role is accountable for the overall profitability and performance of assigned programs, including the enhancement of existing and implementation of new programs. The specialist will maintain and create professional relationships with assigned customers and is responsible for continuous improvement in customer program management tools and processes. Collaboration with and influence of cross-functional internal leaders regarding customer-specific strategy, execution, and customer relationship management are key. The role also involves consistent management and administration of contractual obligations, including recoveries and remedies. Support is provided for coordination and clarification of analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope for long-range business goals, as well as coordinating program metrics and integrating Best Program Management Practices. The specialist will facilitate the resolution of program issues, developing innovative solutions, and provide in-depth analysis, identifying lessons learned for future project plans. Data collection, organization, and provision according to established processes are required to maintain program status, customer and supplier commitments, and compliance, with follow-up actions for issue resolution. Coaching and guidance to teammates are expected, fostering a collaborative environment, including performing 1-on-1s. The role includes program reviews with external and internal senior leadership, approvals for CR/Rebills and RMAs, creation of Get to Green Plans, providing KPI metrics reports, and supporting customer on-site business reviews. Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

5+ years of related work experience
Experience in Program Management
Experience in the aerospace industry
Intermediate Excel Skills with training ability
Experience analyzing data and generating metrics reports, customer KPI’s
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration or Engineering or Related Field of Study (master’s degree preferred)
1-3 years of supervisory experience

Collects, organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
Ensures follow up action for issue resolution.
Provides coaching and guidance to teammates, fostering a collaborative and growth environment, performs 1 on 1.
Program reviews with external and internal senior leadership.
Approvals for CR/Rebills and RMAs.
Creation of Get to Green Plans.
Provide KPI metrics reports.
Supports Customer on-site business reviews.
